Strengths: Very nice light bike, recommend upgrades however. Durable, great for starters, or even experienced riders. This thing kills on dirt!Weaknesses: Need new tires or rims asap! fork needs an upgrade if your doing over 8 foot drops.Bottom Line: This bike, with some minor upgrades is amazing! for the awesome price, its affordable, yet durable. people walk by everyday and say "Dude, thats a cool bike" I personally think its better than the new ones which seem over rated. Get this bike, you wont be disappointed!
Favorite Trail: Whatever is good.

Strengths: This bike has a strong frame and ok standard equipmentWeaknesses: Kinda heavy and after a while you'll be begging for upgradesBottom Line: This is a bike that grows with you. Great for beginners to intermedate level riders out of the box. With upgrades you'll be a star. I think the new ones come standard with hydros and better forks. Buy This bike you'll love it!

Strengths: the frame is really nice, most of the other components are good except the rims and tires.Weaknesses: the fork is alright if your just starting but you should upgrade it to a dj or sherman. the tires are just crap, the dont grip well and they deteriorate very fast. the rims could have been alittle better but they serve their purpose.Bottom Line: this is a really good frame to build up and was definatley worth the money i paid. recomended for any people who dont have much to spend on a bike, like me :)

Strengths: - Sick burly frame, nice geometry, pretty black/dust color.
- The cranks are sweet.
- For the money the components are great, (including kona components: the bashguard, handlebars, pedals, saddle, stem).
Weaknesses: - Sun ditchwitch rims. I could understand some heavy and durable rims, or ligh and weak rims. This rims are very weak and heavy.
- Brakes, no comments.
- EXR Fork, but again, for the price is a good deal.Bottom Line: This is your bike if you like DH, if you ride XC but you dont compete, if you like to jump, if you are a freerider or even if you are a cladesdale.
Not really expensive for what you get. With the upgrades (fork and brakes basically) it is the best bike I ever ride.
because the nice handling, the pretty look, its climbing capacity and the burly frame it is the best choice. Even better than the Konas Stuff and Roast.

Strengths: Strong downhill and all-around bike and real tough and will take quite a beatingWeaknesses: Bad forks and tires alot of flatsBottom Line: The bottom line is this is a solid all around bike that is under-rated by alot of people and great for jumps and tricks because it is very lite if your a small rider this is a great bike and if u are big but technical also a good choice but if you like to do drops over 9 feet i recomend a full suspension preferably a Norco a-line or a norco b-line if u r too small

Strengths: Durable frame, handles well, excellent dirt jump bikeWeaknesses: None really with the exception of the tyres (slip waay to much on gravel and sand)and they are so flat-happy I can't even count how many times I have had to patch the tube or replace itBottom Line: This bike is great for starting off dirt jumping or even if you are an experienced rider. It has a durable well built frame and the suspension works fine. I got Shimano deore mechs and they make a big difference in breaking. I am looking at new tyres though (Nokians or maybe Maxxis) If you want a affordable yet good bike and love getting out on the trails or nailing jumps, this bike is for you.

Strengths: Frame, bars, peddlesWeaknesses: BrakesBottom Line: I was looking at a hoss cos I'm fat but got this in a medium frame for about half the price. Anyone tell you this is a jump only bike, don't listen. Best mountain bike I have ever ridden. Just as good for tootling round the woods as an XC bike only a million times better on the downhills and technical sections. I'm happy.

Strengths: everything(except brakes)...great frame, great components(for the most part), easily upgraded to discs, fork works alrightWeaknesses: just the brakes...but they can be upgraded to discs easilyBottom Line: i have ridden this bike everyday since i got it a month ago. it has stood up to everything...jumping, urban, xc, EVERYTHING...and performed great. the only exception is xc which it was not designed to do, but still handles it. in the end a great bike for a great price, you can't go wrong with this bike for the money. it is definitely worth every penny you pay for it and every penny you put into it. if you are lookig to get started in this type of riding, jumping, urban, etc., then look no further.
