Strengths: Good frame, fork, seat, brakes after adjustment, is a blast to ride.Weaknesses: Suntour SR cranks creaked and gave me trouble down the road. Shimano Acera was a little picky. Rims are lacking a brand name and I'm not sure who or where Iron Horse got them from.Bottom Line: A great bike for the price and even better after some modding. The brakes are sufficient after a slight tune. The Shimano Acera is a little picky but alright. This bike is a blast to ride and looks good, too. Recommended. :)

Strengths: price... the frame seems solid enough and the components are decent to start riding withWeaknesses: seat post slides
tektro disc brakes are difficult to modulate (some come with hayes some with tektro)
the grips suck
the rear derailer is weakBottom Line: When I first looked at bikes I shopped around a lot. $650 was my limit for buying a new mountain bike. In that price range the specialized, gary fisher, giant, and trek all had the same or similar components and very similar frames. Paying $280 for this bike and adding 300 dollars worth of upgrades would yield a better bike than any company previously mentioned could offer me. After buying this bike I have grown as a rider and put about 50 miles of trails under my wheels a week. This bike has taken more than a beating and still rides great. I can keep up with my girlfriend’s $3,500 Litespeed and anything else I find on the trails with this bike. This hardtail can do what any other hardtail can do, meaning don’t try to jump off of big drops. Don’t fall victim to the mindset of the snobby mountain bikers and there $7,000 bikes. I won’t say that my bike is better or even nearly as nice but I will say that riding is 99% engine and 1% wheels.

Strengths: -Brakes are rock hard, disc (front and back- mechanical)
- Strong and sturdy frame
Weaknesses: -Rear Derailleur, not good in winter.
-You have to kinda use the shocks for abit, at first there stiff. After there good.
-Treads wear out quick and can get punctured quickly.
-Cannot fit a bashguard
-Cranks creak when pedalling hard
Bottom Line: Great bike, but its pretty big- 21" they say people under 6 feet cannot ride it but its abunch of bs. im 5"9 and i ride it fine. Also sports chek, the tech guys do a terrible job. Take it to an actual professional bike store. Brake pads that come with it wore out pretty quick for me. Simplyt buy newer, better ones and thyell last longer. The frame gets strached really easily so make sure ur bike doesnt fall. rear derailleur is useless. Every ride i come back from its bent. Buy a better one and your basically set.

Strengths: Exceptional frame for category and price range.
Solid components.
Manitou reverse arch SIX suspension fork.
Slick banana yellow paint job ;-)Weaknesses: Pedals wore out rather quickly, producing squeaky noises.
WTB Nano-Raptor tires seemed flimsy.
Bottom Line: For a hard-tail, I'd go with the folks at Iron Horse once again. They offer a solid frame you can depend on when the going gets rough with a pretty decent array of components.
If you aren't willing to spend the big bucks and aren't planning to downhill at the grand canyon, the Iron Horse Warrior will do the job and keep you on the bike through the mud, rocks, branches, and the occasional stream.
