Strengths: shocks, frame, comfortable design, pedals, axle, tiresWeaknesses: derailluier, grip shift, and rimsBottom Line: good bike for the price,i put on a new alivio deraiuller and it made a big difference.the stock deraiuller is crap.tires work well off-road and smooth ground. My grip shift is messed,it broke easy.I would reccomend this bike if you are willing to put a little bit of money into it.

Strengths: Everything is good one this bike. The shifters and derailluers are better then XTR ones and screw those disc brakes becuase these are even better. The suspension is great (my butt) and the components surpass any XTR group.Weaknesses: None this bike is the best (better than Santa Cruz bullit and Blur)Bottom Line: This bike is the kind of bike for people who really know how to ride a bike but i do have to admit thai paid a little more than expected. but in the end realizing that this is better than any of those other bikes that have all that XTR stuff.

Strengths: Frame is solid, stronger than my last Trek and stouter (way lighter) than my old school GT. Like the weight. Brakes are great. Good climber- really surprised me. Handles well.Weaknesses: SRAM grip shifters, shocks bottomed out once so far.Bottom Line: Great bike to build on, can't wait to start up-grading and see what I end up with! Perfect bike for weekend rider with a bit of an attitude. May need to upgrade if you're a more serious biker though.
