    Strengths:    price, frame, quality components.

Weaknesses:    hard to own for non u.s.a. citizen.

    Bottom Line:
it has been quite hard but i finally got my ibex!
despite the great product quality, i had to change stem and bar because rizer handlebar, 31.8 size is not the best for xcountry configuration. i've changed the brake pads too with avid rim wrangler for a enhanced stopping power and shimano 520 pedals with time atac alium that are really mudproof. i think my ibex is quite perfect now, and 10oz lighter.

Strengths:    Price and quality of components plus very helpfull customer service.

    Weaknesses:    As above(previous comment)
Ihad a little problem with my chain and they didnt hesitate to pay for the complete cost of replacement at a local bike shop.So I guess I shoul have put this in the strenght not here.

    Bottom Line:
Great value, I do quiet a lot of biking (except now in the cold) and I could not be happier than T am with my decission. First couple of times I had a hard time to adjust to the agility and the low Wt of the bike - felt too fast climbing uphills until you get the hang of it. Consider this bike if you are a serious recreational cross country/mountain biker who needs a fast competitive bike for a price which is not going to bankrupt you.

Strengths:    GREAT VALUE, components, fork rocks!!! Customer Service, BEAUTIFUL paint job.

Weaknesses:    With no retail stores no test ride

    Bottom Line:
I must admit I was a little apprehensive about buying a bike I had never ridden but considering the value I was glad I did. I wanted to purchase a good quality bike and since I am stationed in Germany and the value of the dollar sucks, I had to buy one online. Everywhere I looked the shipping charges were outrageous except for Ibex, all I had to pay for was the oversize charge ($35)!! Not to mention the componentry is awesome, They must pay pretty close attention to consumer reviews because all of the equipment on their bikes get high reviews on mtbr.com. I would have easily paid $300-400 more for a similarly equipped bike. If you are looking for a quality ride for a great value check out Ibex.
