Titus Super Moto 2003 Full Suspension
Product DescriptionAn all-new model for Titus '03, the Super-Moto is our answer to World Cup and World Championship level downhilling. Rear travel adjusts from 8" to 9", and features a 3-position rate adjustment to allow various rear shock selections. The 12mm rear through-axle dropouts with replaceable derailleur hanger provide ultimate stiffness with crash-ready replaceablility. Four oversized sealed bearings pivot the Swingarm as you control gravity's impulses to bring you down.

from Albuquerque Date Reviewed: January 19, 2005 Strengths: Solid, solid, solid...did I mention solid??? This thing is super rigid. You can tell from the design that the front triangle is not going to flex and the rear swing arm is pure Titus, bomb proof and did I mention SOLID??? Weaknesses: A tad on the heavy side. It weighs about 8lbs with a DHX4.0 over and the 7" Link. My Quasi-moto which this replaced was around 7lbs with a Vanilla-R. Duration Product Used: Less than 1 month Price Paid: $1600.00 Purchased At: Frame Only from Rage Cycles Similar Products Used: Titus Quasi-moto Bike Setup: Super-moto with Fox DHX4.0 and a Zoch Z-150 QR20....full coil baby, it's the only way to fly. Thomson seatpost and stem with Easton CT2 Carbon Bar (haven't busted it yet). Mavic D321 rims, CK rear Hub and Zoch QR20 front (did I mention solid?). And of course Hayes HFX-Mags (8" front/6"rear) to bring the thing to a halt.

from Tempe, AZ Date Reviewed: December 27, 2003 Strengths: Race Geometry. Pedals awesome but superplush with the manitou swinger. Easy to maneuver and turn. Super stable feeling at speed, jumps well. Low standover, lower bottom bracket. Oh, and its beautifully made. Weaknesses: A bit heavy, my complete bike weighs in at 45 lbs and low bottom bracket but these "weaknesses" are standard for race ready DH bikes,and low BB is part of why it handles so well.
