a All Mountain Rider
from Colorado Springs, Colorado USADate Reviewed: March 20, 2012
Strengths: This bike surprised me with its great, sturdy frame and reliable component group. Most people complain about the fork, but for a bike with this low of a price tag, it works just fine. This bike is good not only for free riding, but also good for all mountain. Just upgrade it a bit(rear shock, handlebars, seat post and lighter tires) and this bike delivers!Weaknesses: Just a little heavy, but when your climbing it feels a lot lighter than it really is.Bottom Line: I got this bike for free and was able to upgrade it a bit. Even before upgrading it this bike was better than people give it credit for. Once again, this bike delivers and preforms above expectations, especially when climbing. Just get some weight friendly components. If your looking for a light xc bike, keep looking, but if you like to make it to the top of climbs easily then shred every bit of downhill, then you found your bike!

Strengths: Very Nice Frame, Good Rear Shock, Outstanding Brakes, Good Component Mix, Looks Good, Very Durable. Great value for the $.Weaknesses: I am going to replace the stock Rock Shox Pilot xc. Not up to par with the rest of the bike. Lots of flex not very plush.Bottom Line: I love this bike. Good value. Nice frame quality, very little rear suspension bob. Seems lighter than it is.
