Strengths:very strong strongest fork on the market, tire angle is lined up straight with fork tube {axil is centered with lower fork tube , vary solid strong feel ,its a motorcycle fork for your bike !
Weaknesses:heavy but dam strong
Similar Products Used:888rc, shiver , boxxer,
Bike Setup:astrix havoc ,champ fork, shimano saint breaks ,saint hubed double tracks , very trick bike 1
Bottom Line:Ok i put another review of this fork on hear that was not good due to risse messing up everthing one of there employee,s not taking his job sierously!! but after working on the fork myself an using 2 lower springs heavy ones on one leg side, an the regular heavy sping on the bottom an yellow lighter sping on top in the other leg i was able to get this thing to act correctly , the average person would not be able to take this apart an mess with it like i did, but if your very good with the wrenches like i am you could do it ,plus get the extra springs from risse an nuts to hold the top spring on the leg with the 2 bottom heavy springs ,this side will run a tad shorter than the lighter stock set up, if you cant have risse copy what i have put on hear , if you wiegh 180-210 lbs, iam going to give the fork a high rating for design, strenth, it is made out of cnc ed billet no cast junk !! where the axil goes through its all cnc billet even the break mount is so they get a good rating for quality material second to no one !!! take IT from me pro jet ski multi champ!! an very picky !! dam picky !! thats how i win championchips !!! OH AN WHEN YOU CALL RISSE ASK TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER OF THE PLACE OR YOU WILL NOT GET THE CORRECT PARTS OR SERVICE !!!! you guys at risse are lucky ive came back on hear an given you guys a second chance !!!BOTTOM LINE IS STRONGEST FORK MADE BEST QUALITY IN MATERIALS !!

Strengths:He He. Was that a Volkswagen I just ran over?
Weaknesses:So far, the only problem is the fork came set up for a much heavier rider. The fork is pretty heavy also.
Similar Products Used:Boxxer. Trixxy. Jr.T.
Bike Setup:Ventana El Cuervo. Risse Champ 9". A bunch of other sweet stuff.
Bottom Line:I have been spoiled. This fork is nothing but love so far. It has the heavy spring set up in it, which is just a bit to much for my weight. It is not as plush for small and medium bump sensitivity as I would like and have experienced with some of the Marzocchi forks I have ridden. But when you are talking about pointing down chutes filled with basketball sized boulders and dropping off of stuff way taller than you are, think butter. Butter smothered in honey.
With the season over, will be sending the fork in for the lighter spring kit, tune up, and a custom hot-rod job.

Favorite Trail:Plattekill
Duration Product Used:6 months
Price Paid: $2000.00
Purchased At:Risse
Strengths:Strong, Plush, etc etc
Weaknesses:HEAVY, 11lbs, have to change oil frequently to keep it running smooth. maybe too much travel?? awesome DH fork, not so good FR fork.
Similar Products Used:many
Bike Setup:custom marin wildcat
Bottom Line:I have the risse champ 9, with the big daddy kit (large uppers), and im thinking of selling it, or sending it back to risse to get the regular uppers and 7" of travel. I got this fork because it was a deal, came w/ hayes brakes, uppers, stem, hub, rotor, and what not, but it might be too much.

Favorite Trail:Hammers
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $1300.00
Purchased At:with Intense
Strengths:I got these forks on a factory Intense uzzi dh, They rode super sweet from the word go and once out on my local DH course they had no problems in soaking up anything i threw at them. They look the daddy and with the nice boys at risse sending me new decals every now and again they kept lookin good.
Weaknesses:These are not a cheap fork. The seals where always a big issue as the fork suffered from a lot of leaking, they required a lot of servicing and this was not cheap. I also had problems with both crowns only being able to he unscrewed about twice befor the threads would dissappear.
Similar Products Used:shivers.
Bike Setup:I had two pairs of these forks, one on my Intense Uzzi Dh and one on a Vario No limits.
Bottom Line:I am not the most gentle rider and i do tend to abuse my kit. These forks are a very plush feel and they are super tough. I dont think they will ever bend but the blowing seals and constant need for service is only something that team riders can afford.
