Strengths: Weight, Price
Weaknesses: skrews and components mostly of plastic, which makes it rather difficult to adjust the travel inside. I still wait for weaknesses according to the MCU... not really!
Bottom Line:
I use this fork now for the second time and was impressed again by it´s softness, once I´ve made it to remove all those half-hearted plastic parts and adjust the travel to 80mm. But I think Manitou really appreciates the advantage in weight and leaves the applicability and self-maintanance far behind, by using skrews of plastic! I also use Disc-Brakes and both seems rather compatible but for my use their´s no need to work with 50mm, which makes Bunny Hops and a little more a rather serious task...
