An oversized 1.125 headtube (which is compatible with deep press headsets)
Beefy upper and lower headtube gussets

Duration Product Used:
1 Year
Purchased At:
$475.00(2000 frame-clearance sale)
Strengths:
Incredibly strong and stiff. Huck and drop and gap yer ass off with it. Maneuvers with a flick of the wrist. Climbs like a mountain goat, too.
Weaknesses:
It should come with some body armor. Other than that, none.
Similar Products Used:
XC stuff mainly, this is my first real freeride bike.
Bike Setup:
Shimano XT deraillers and levers; 1 XT disc brake in back, Deore mechanical in front; FUNN Fatboy Slim bar; FSA FR230 stem; King headset;'98 Z-1 bomberQR20; 26"Sun Rhynolite 32 rim in front, 26"Mavic 729 36 w/Hugi 135 freeride hub in back; Sram cassette and chain, Truvativ Hussefelt cranks w/ Gigapipe bb; NYC Freeride "Glory Hole" peds; e-13 DRS w/bashring; Thompson post; WTB Power-v saddle
Bottom Line:
Probably one of THE best heavy-duty, HAND-MADE aluminum freeride/street/ dirtjump/ DS frames on the market. Looking for a little something extra(that doesn't weigh a ton) that can take whatever you can dish out? Whatever your style, if you can swing the cost, look no further. Certain manufacturers may make more rad-looking stuff, but they'll also want more money. THIS FRAME ROCKS. Thanks, Frank!!
