Strengths: fork, frame, tires, almost everything
Weaknesses: seat, decals.
Bottom Line:
I bought this bike used in 2005, and found it to be a great bike. I am a heavy rider (190) and am really hard on my bikes, and it has been really tough and strong with nothing breaking, and just the usual parts to replace b/c of wear. The seat is hard, and the decals are brutal, but other then that i love the bike.
Bike Setup: stock except for my up graded race face prodigy dh

Strengths: extreemely agile in urban assult styles, easy to controll, handle and rely on. perfect for street and moderate downhill
Weaknesses: Chains too weak. I found the back rim a little too unreliable for cement riding. Cranks loostened easily.
Bottom Line:
This is a perfect bike for Urban assult. works sweet for stairs, hopping around and showing off. This bike can handle a fair amount of downhill. As long as you ride with care and dont beat on the bike. my advice to you is to purchase a stronger back rim, and a stronger chain.
This is the best bike I have ever ridden. Rockys are the bikes to go with if you have the money to buy them.

Strengths: the never ending travel on the bomber! it really flies off anything. rims don't buckle under my weight (160 lbs).. never used disc brakes b4... these are sweet!
Weaknesses: saddle hurts a bit, could use some more room in the cockpit, but this may be because i came from a xc bike and am not used to the shroter toptube(freeride bikes = shorter toptube?). bent the 2nd ring already, but shop fixed it.
Bottom Line:
rode around on the gt on the local trails in the hills, but wanted a stronger bike that could hold up to some abuse. the rmb edge was too expensive, and the enduro felt too spongy. i like how i can just fly off stairs and ledges and the rims are still intact (sun rhyno lite), plus this bike can climb just fine, so i can take this bike and ride around where i used to. The rmb edge and slayer were sweeter bikes definitely, but they were at least 800 bucks more and i am on budget (being a poor college student).

Strengths: mechanical brakes are better than i thought, a lot less maint. Strong bike, do drops up to 6 feet with no trany and it hasn't failed me yet and i weight (210) pounds
Weaknesses: Crank fell of a couple of times but with a bit of lock tite it hasn't bothered me since. Seat sucks, throw on a tioga seat and your ready to ride.
Bottom Line:
Excellent bike for the money, have put the bike through a lot and it hasn't broken down. Buy this bike!

Strengths: ummm. seatpost, couple of bolts, front derailer, brakes
Weaknesses: frame, wheelset, front fork
Bottom Line:
the first month i had it the rear hub locked up, three hubs later the rim gave out. replaced the deore wheelset with a trailpimp wheelset. several componets later. i was sitting in the driveway about to do a pedal kick, before i could the frame the rear triangle of the frame snaped clean off.

Strengths: I really like the Z1 Wedge. I am a heavy guy(240lbs) and I have trouble with cheaper 80mm travel forks. I can't seem to bottom this one out. :)
Weaknesses: The seat sucks. The only good thing about it is you never sit down to pedal. :)
Bottom Line:
I am really happy with this purchase. I am just getting into MTBs, and I bought a cheaper Giant first. I broke it in less than a month. I am beating the crap out of this thing all the time and it just keeps asking for more. I don't do drops, but I do do some smallish DJ and DH. I want to try some dual slalom and I know this bike won't let me down. Well worth the money. RMB has built a great bike.

Strengths: The frame is great for dirtjumping and dual. The geometry is about perfect for me. I think that having a rear 24 inch wheel makes this bike much better. This frame is rock solid.
Weaknesses: The decals came off the first day I got the bike.
Bottom Line:
I would suggest this bike for amyone who enjoys jumping and fast downhills and is willing to change out some, if not all, of the stock parts.
Bike Setup: Bomber DJ 1, 24/26 inch sun doublewides, Evil chainguide, prodigy cranks...

Strengths: Pefectly design of frame, strongly enough, Z fork is rather virtual as a drop and cross both. Absolutely free ride hardtail.
Weaknesses: saddle is too hard only, but it's only your fist expression - than all will be ok, especially comfort in free ride.
Bottom Line:
During my first drive I felt great controllability and good work speed switcher.Very good selection of companentes. The best choise for freeride which you could find for such sum.
Great condition wheelset, let me know if you have any questions.
