Strengths: Pretty much everything...
Weaknesses: -Tire is to close to front derailleur while in bottom sproket. -Rims warp a little to easy. -Easy to scratch and got cable rub on the first day.
Bottom Line:
Excellent bike, if you can pick it up cheap buy it! I got mine on sale for 1000$ Canadian

Strengths: Good Components, fork can be ajusted easily.
Weaknesses: Needs Lock-Ons. tires suck(stupid kenda kinetics, upgrade to nokian or maxxis). Brakes are screwy. Rims are heavy. Bike doesnt climb(not that i care about that!)
Bottom Line:
Good for your money. some stuff needs to be upgraded. good for beginner-intermediate riders. good on dirt jumps! if youre a dirt jumper or learning to freeride(on a hardtail) this would be a good bike for you.
Bike Setup: dj3, hayes hfx-9, alex rims, race face crank, bottom bracket, handlebar and stem and nokian tires.

Strengths: THIS IS FOR THE 2006 SASQUATCH IF SOMEONE READS THIS!!! Great frame Geo, the bar and the goose neck are truvative, the rukiton cranks, cluster and mech,Hayes Hfx-9 8" rotors!
Weaknesses: the weak SDG seat so blows goats!! the brake lines are way too close to the spokes for my liking! the wussy chain guard that de-stickered itself after being taken from the box! the alivio shifters!! so GAY!!!!
Bottom Line:
the 2006 Sasquatch is a great bike derived from a history of building great bikes, Norco in 2006 have built a massive frame that doesnt sound tinny as most others do and have used some impressive and some let down compoenents! i would say as being a well educated rider in both street and in the dust that this bike will hold whatever i can dish! overall if anyone wants a great bike for a moderate cash exchange, spend a little more on a better seat the SDG blows but the bike is all balls!!!
Similar Products Used: Haro 8.1, Norco RYDE, 125, Kona Stuff etc
Bike Setup: at the moment, DJ 4's have 25 pount and standard rebound settings as its a commuter bike untill i can see some dirt! basic setup untill 1 year waranty period ends! but some minor tweaking now to then!!
Weaknesses: derailleur, rims and if you can poot a chain gide it would be very useful!
Bottom Line:
Love to bike all around with my 2 friends that have a kona stinky and 4 by from norco.. I tried to jump in stairs and almost killed my self it was cool for the moment but it could of beed wost. Lizard skin needed absolutely! and a chain gide cuz it makes a hole lot of noise .. Come bike with me down in quebec we could go to Mt St-Anne..
Similar Products Used: in between kona stuff and kona roast

Strengths: almost everythin, Strong frame, nice colour, really good and aggresive lookin, good original forks (DJ3)
Weaknesses: Not many, standard parts should be replaced like brakes, rims and tyres, pedals
Bottom Line:
This bike rules. I use it for dirt jumoing and downhill and it is one of the best hardtails ive ridden. The frame is super tough, its handled a 16ft drop no problem. The ultimate hardtail for the price
nice frame, recommended for learners/beginners willing to do urban/freeride(stock setup). very maneuverable, but the stock front hayes hmx-1's mech. disc brakes are horrible, change it immediately. the grips are alright but they wear out too quick, but the bottom line is that it is a great bike and i reccomend it too every one who wants to do city, urban, freeride
This bike is amazing for the price but why do manufacturers' persist with mech discs when people would rather pay extra for hydros. If you can buy just the frame and forks, do it and build the rest. You can then have a bike which would whip the Orange msile for less than $1500. A great buy for urban jumpers or crazy freeriders who don't mind the extra upgrade work. Build on!!
Bike Setup: Stock Norco with Easton bar, Funn stem, Tioga DH tyres.

Strengths: THE FRAME IS LIKE A ROCK!!!Very good z1 wedge when you stiff it up.Good crank(TruVative Hussefelt). Front brake is a little noisy but after the break in period it kicks asses. The rims are not bad. The color is sandblower silver(very rare)In overall this bike is for some hardtails riders dont want to spend all money for a bike but for upgrade it only!!
Weaknesses: The STEM is verry BAD and the bar sux the screws loose.
Bottom Line:
RIde it and try to broke the frame if you can!
Never forget to put a lizard skin or a old tire tube to protect your chainstay because the chain have no pity for this.
Bike Setup: Funn Henchman Stem, Funn fatboyslim bar, wellgo pedals, Sandblower silver frame not glossy black!!!!!(color)

Strengths: FRAME, Front Rim
Weaknesses: This bike works like a dream for bout a month. The disc tabs on the fork ripped off, Shifters broke, Rear Rim gets flat spots really easily, Bars too long, stock brakes suck.
Bottom Line:
At the time of purchase this is a sick bike for the price. As stuff breaks, buy newer and better parts, until u get the ultimate bike.
P.S. Buy many lizard Skins
This bike is made for urban ridin, holds up to anything, I have over 15,000km in under a year, if it can handle me it can handle u. But...can u handle it????
Bike Setup: 2002 Dirtjumper, 8" front hayes mech, 6" rear grimeca mech, Funn brake levers, XT rear shifter, SRAM X.0 front shifter, Easton Monkey Risers, Funn Stem, Axiom Road Gap pedals, XT rear derailleur, 24" Rear Alex Double Wall, Maxxis Mobster tires, some sorta new headset.

Bottom Line:
this bike has taken hard abuse from a larger rider, and is holding up well. I ride mainly urban, and have a medium. if you are looking for a killer bike at a goodprice, you cant go wrong with this bike, it is sweet
Bike Setup: Dual 24" double wides, 24"x2.6"gazzas, Race Face Prodigy Dh, and the rest stock

Strengths: Solid Frame, Componests do the job, Nice Forks, Looks Great, Nice to at least have one disk
Weaknesses: RIMS SUCK, I bend them just about every ride and im only 150, i keep getting flats too, forks are too squishy and bottom out on drops/jumps above 4 feet
Bottom Line:
This Bike has been a source of endless frustration for me but after all the work getting it back in one piece after a ride, its a beauty to bomb thru just about anything on. Buy this bike if u love to free ride but cant go in for a really expensive hardtail, but u should have lots of spare time to fix it in
Bike Setup: Stock but with an old innertube wrapped around the stay on the chain side to keep the chain from hitting

Strengths: Frame, Fork, Disc
Weaknesses: Chain and Derailleur(noisy- needs guide), bar and stem(crappy), Tires and Rims (Too small, really bendable)
Bottom Line:
Great bike for a kid or teen, but not for a hardcore aduly, built for 200lbs and less. Good value for the bike, but some stuff needs to be changed (All the weak parts) but overall is a great bike for a smaller person, im tall and thin, so it is great for me
