Submitted by Jon Pawlowski a Downhiller from Victoria , B.C. ,Canada
Date Reviewed: June 11, 2002
Favorite Trail:Downhill in Whistler
Duration Product Used:2 Years
Price Paid: $350.00
Purchased At:whistler mtb
Strengths:Lasts long for a great price. Great for upgrading. Can be used anywhere.
Weaknesses:I've had it for about 2 years and there's been no major weaknesses however because it is old it will need a new headset and stem if you upgrade the fork and no disk brake mounts on the back.
Similar Products Used:none
Bike Setup:Rock Shox Boxxer , hope minis on front avid pulls on back shimano xtr stuff , Rock Shox suspension seat post , maxxis tires , nice spinergy rims.
Bottom Line:Great frame craving upgrading for a nice buy. If you're in need of a bike that will last this is it. And by the way I couldn't afford a good downhill rig but if you can buy it but if you can't a cheap bike souped up nice will do.
