Submitted by Todd a Cross Country Rider from Lethbridge
Date Reviewed: February 14, 2006
Favorite Trail:Canadian Rockies
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $600.00
Purchased At:Ascent Cycle
Strengths:Solid design with good components. I have nothing really to compare, for my old bike was 15-yrs old when I upgraded.
Weaknesses:The only thing is that you have to unscrew the presta valves BEFORE you put air in the tires
Similar Products Used:none
Bike Setup:All quality parts were set at the factory. See the 2005 manual.
Bottom Line:An excellent performer on the hills and trails. The bike shows good control at fast speeds. I would say that anyone who has an old bike and wish to upgrade, this would be a fine replacement. As for the next 15-yrs, who knows.
