Strengths:    really good geometry and monuverability, awsome for slome, urban and some downhill, the bike can handle anything you throw at it, it's not to heavy good for beginners/intermidiate riders

Weaknesses:    the fork needs some work, needs some hydros, throw away the stock chian guide it is the god of garbage (no joke)

Bottom Line:
this is an awsome dirt jumper and slome bike that can handle some hardcore downhill on the side. there is no doubt that this is an amazing bike, it will take anything that you throw at it and with some minor tweeking you could have the best norco on the planet. i highly advise that you go and get your own if you want a bike that will do everything there is to do (with the exception of uphill). next to some of the parts this bike kicks ass.

Strengths:    Extremely strong and stiff frame, plush suspension and great for manualing, catwalking and getting huge air. Out of the box it is a good enough bike for a beginner dual slalom racer. pretty cheap the way we got it. Mike Kinrade uses this bike on Drop In season 1. Sweet!!! so it must be pretty good.

Weaknesses:    could have come with a better fork, and for some reason every time I do a drop the rear deraileur smokes off of the frame making a really loud noise and making me hope I didn,t just broke something even though with this bike it is almost impossible

Bottom Line:
This is a sweet ride for anyone looking for a bike that can do almost everything except for extreme drops, major trails stuff and heavy cross country. The frame weighs about 1000 pounds but hey it keeps you steady in the air. once you get in the air you don't even feel the weight and it is easy to pull off any trick you want. If a pro rider such as mike kinrade uses the same frame and almost all of the same parts as what this bike has that must mean it is good. He could ave chosen any bike from Norco that he really wanted but he chose this bike which makes it very special!!! In all if you want a good strong bike with okay components for a pretty cheap price that you can rip up the dirt jumps and shred some urban with while showing off the sweet look of the bike (or yourself) to the ladies get the Norco 4 by 4. It rocks

Strengths:    frame strength and geometry good high and low speed handleing easy to wheelie and hop great standover clearence likes to fly

Weaknesses:    stock suspension too linear bottoming hard sun singletrack rims suck got rid of the chain guide because of bad chainline and problems backpeadaling 2500. dollar bike with a stick on head tube badge come on

Bottom Line:
what can I say I love this bike not many in the Industry would satisfy me in stock form this one did,nt either but it came close for urban dirtjump and shore style I dont think there is a more worthy bike If you have one or want one and your bigger than Ian moult you will have to upgrade the suspension but the dj3s are cheap fox rc are not but what else are you gonna do with your money

Strengths:    Frame- strong not to heavy not to fatlike drop and atomik. Nice wheelset and tires.

Weaknesses:    Derailleurs suck so much, Fork could be better, For a bike this price it isn't exactly set up with top of the line parts. I was really dissapointed with some of the parts specd on this bike....it's a 2500 dollar bike for cryin out loud.

Bottom Line:
This frame is excellent however it has very poor quality parts buy something else with better parts. Besides the parts however excellent.

Weaknesses:    the seat post i put one on that was an inch and a half longer so that my knees didnt come up as high when i peadel

Strengths:    great component mix for the $$, strong as hell!!low and easy to maneuver, the 4 bar link design is awsome, comes stock with blackspire chain guide ready for begining riders to race.

Weaknesses:    could have used a DJ1 fork, that would raise the price but not too bad. It could also use a vanilla r shock instead of just vanilla with no rebound. Its not theeasiest bike to pedal around, but why should it be? Its for dual and jumping, not cross country, so I guess I can't really consider that a weakness.

Bottom Line:
I know it sounds like I have alot of complaints about it, but I really don't. Overall, this bike rocks!! I'm just getting into racing this season and feel that i won't have to change a single thing yet. A confidence inspiring bike because of the low height, I would throw a new fork and shock on but nothing major needs to be done, the suspension is super plush and from good brands, it's just tuneability issues . If you wanna get into racing, freeriding or dirt jumping, go with this bike!!!!( If you race cross country, don't!)
