Strengths:    Providing review of frame only - sweet sweet steel with a beautiful feedback from the trail and comfort on the body this is an all day ride bike without the BS of full suspension or lower back pain of Aluminium

Weaknesses:    Welds aren't finished to as high a standard as others

    Bottom Line:
Love the uniqueness of a Soft tail single speed and it draws many admiring and curious glances. Bought the bike secondhand and changed nothing. The frame is really sweet to ride and it is a singletrack dream - the frame is really well suited to the different riding style of singlespped where you have to carry momentum to keep moving. Supple but stiff with plenty of feedback and you don't even feel the rear shock when out of the saddle grind up climbs. The inch of rear travel helps carve fast corners and together with the carbon seatpost makes riding for 2hours or more a pleasure (there is no comparison for comfort between this bike and my Stumpjumper). I love riding this bike and the frame is the main reason - if I get another geared bike the Team ST would be a serious consideration. Cannot recommend more highly.

Strengths:    Light weight, quality frame, high end components, super ride, with no equal in this price range.

Weaknesses:    Cracked WTB Stealth pedals. The pedals were replaced without question.

    Bottom Line:
The KHS Team ST is a quality, light and efficient bike best suited for cross country riding/racing and epics. The bike takes the edge off rocks and roots and enables you to sit in sections where a hardtail would not. It is a superior climber. This bike has no equal in this price range. I am faster on this bike and you will be too.

    Strengths:    True Temper OX Frame
    Long Top Tube

Weaknesses:    Rock Shox sid titanium, FSA headset

    Bottom Line:
Although i got this bike at E.P., for the money, this bike cannot be matched. I was riding a Gunnar Rockhound, got a Loco-Moto and quit riding it. I decided i needed something lighter for the 24 hours of Tahoe Race, and purchased the Team St. This bike has been amazing. I haven't ever gone as fast as i have on this bike. The first dail out on this softail, i could barley handle it. Now after three weeks of riding, i can say that this is a dream ride. For the most part, i think KHS bikes are overlooked, too bad awesome bikes at awesome prices.
