Date Reviewed: February 22, 2004
Favorite Trail:MArtock..lol
Duration Product Used:6 months
Purchased At:Jon Conrads old frame
Strengths:Geomitery, main frame.
Weaknesses:rear end, head tube.
Similar Products Used:RM6
Bike Setup:Z1 mcr, rinolite XL/DM24, hussies, KujoDH/tiogaDH, hayes hydro/radius, other sh!t.
Bottom Line:Great frame. wicked for drops, and tight technical sh!t. You wanna throw on a DC fork, or a 24inch wheel in the back for DH, this will slacken out out the geo a little bit.
The bike rides like it has 2-3 inches more travel, fear less on drops and jump.

Similar Products Used:Norco 4x4,and the frame is identical to the old giant team downhill bike.
Bike Setup:2001 devinci guzzler with psylo XC and rock shox deluxe with hayes mechanical, Avid levers, and Maxxis High rollers
Bottom Line:This is a pretty NARLEY freeride bike that rips up the trail and can handle anything i throw at it(including rocks)

Submitted by RJ a from Whistler, BC, Canada
Date Reviewed: August 21, 2002
Favorite Trail:A-line
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $1200.00
Purchased At:Wild Willies
Strengths:Strong Frame, Price
Weaknesses:Rear Rock Shox Delux shock, suspension bob, And weak front fork, Front derailer setup
Similar Products Used:Specialized Big Hit, Cannondale Gemini 1000, Specialized Enduro, Giant DH comp
Bike Setup:Jr T Pro, Mavic 321, Fox Vanilla RC, Amoeba 1.5 inch riser bar, Maxxis Highrollers 2.5, Hayes Hydro brakes with 8 inch front rotor and Crankcase Chain guard
Bottom Line:After the upgrades (especially the Vanilla RC and JR T) this bike completely changed the way it rode from being an entry level downhill/freeride bike to something that can easily be raced in mountaincross or DH. It's also made in Canada and a bit of an exotic on the west coast. Just buy it.

Submitted by Snow a Cross Country Rider from BC/Canada
Date Reviewed: May 14, 2002
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $1950.00
Strengths:The frame is bombproof, very well made and cool to look at. Parts spec. @ this price is amazing... disc's, singletrack rims, 2.5 maxxis, etc.... The psylo with the u-turn feature is great for a freeride bike, allows you to lower the front for climbs(slow climbs because of weight of bike 36lb.). It has 6" and disc's, @ this price that is wild.
Weaknesses:Have not found any yet, besides weight, but that comes with all freeride/downhill bikes out there.
Bike Setup:stock
Bottom Line:The bottom line is that this bike rides like a $4000 freeride bike (super plush and agile handling). Put a triple clamp on it and it could be the perfect "North Shore" bike. Stock it could be the perfect freeride bike. All of this for under $2000! Buy it, you won't be sorry.
