Strengths: Great Fork
Rear Suspension has lots of travel
Shimano Disc Brakes are amazing
Shimano Deore Front and rear derauiller+ levers
SRAM cassetee is seperated so if you wear down parts of it you dont have to buy a new casette just the parts you needWeaknesses: Seatpost it black and scratches when you take it off or put it back inBottom Line: I am into biking, I like to go dont stairs and hit jumps and dropoffs. This bike is amazing it can stand up to abuse. I got it with the disc brakes and the Marzocchi Bobmer fork with is a million times better then the one they tried to sell me. I would reccomend to anyone who has $1600+ tax (canadian) to purchase this bike. It has everything you need it to. The shimano deore derauillers work amazing. The only thing that i didnt like about this whole bike was the seatpost because the paint scratched off and it looks like a Wal-Mart bike. This bike is so good i sugest everyone to buy one. So it gets 5 flamin' chili for value and overall rating.

Strengths: Climbs reallly well, handles great on the downhillSteering is very responsive
Weaknesses: The sticker is getting damaged easly by the car rack
Bottom Line: Great bike for the $ rides well and it can take a beating
great value for the dollar
the only thing missing is the lock-out on the rear shock but the arrow head has that
even without the lock out it climbs like a dream

Strengths: LX Drivetrain w/SRAM 7.0 Cassette, Nice smooth riding Judy XC fork, and SID XC rear suspension.Weaknesses: No lockout on rear shock, but that's a personal preference.Bottom Line: This is a great bike for the dollar, like pretty much all Devincis. Close in quality to the Arrowhead, makes for a good XC bike. BUT BEWARE... If you order in an Extra Small, you'd better be prepared to buy a Camelback, or some such, for there is not enough clearance to pull out of, or put in a waterbottle, for the mounts are positionned to far up on the downtube. The only thing I didn't like is that there is no lockout on the rear suspension, so straight line performance suffers in this category. Handles the terrain nicely, though.
