Product Description

We love subtle, uncomplicated designs almost as much as we love stretching a dollar, and the Sombrio Highline II Shorts fulfill both criteria. With a detachable chamois, the Highline II can be used for multiple cycling disciplines, or even hiking, and its quiet design belies the true technical prowess of the shorts. Whether you're ripping singletrack or clearing sets at the park, the Highline II Shorts are built to adapt and excel. Sombrio's Highline II Shorts are made from a four-way stretch fabric with a DWR finish. The fabric creates a malleable short that follows your body's movement through the hits and jumps without chafing. For internal comfort, Sombrio incorporated a seamless crotch panel, and added two single welt thigh vents to keep the swampy summer air at bay. Additionally, there are laser-cut vent holes on the rear panel, and the lack of side seams promotes an unrestricted movement for the shorts. You'll appreciate the Epik slim fit and stay-put integrated waist belt when you're whipping through tight singletrack without fear of snagging on the pines. The Highline II also has ample storage with its ergonomically designed locking zip-pull side pockets and a single welt zippered back pocket that's positioned at the waistband so you're not sitting on its contents. The most notable feature of the Highline II Shorts is the detachable chamois liner that uses an Italian engineered Cy Tech elastic interface. With the removable chamois, you can leave it for long trail days, or take it out when you want to hit the freeride park. The Sombrio Highline II Shorts are available in sizes from Small to XX-Large, and in the colors Black, Brown, and Deep Sea Blue Print.
