Strengths: Pads are very stiff and no doubt will provide excellent protection. Protection is hardly noticable when cyclingWeaknesses: Would have preferred to see more protection higher up above the hip areaBottom Line: Looks like a great buy although a tad expensive. Will be worth it though as last time I had a big off my hip was badly bruised so cheap insurance particularly for someone who is self employed
