Strengths: Waterproof, adjustable leg cuffsWeaknesses: Short in the legs, Too waterproof very poor breathabilityBottom Line: Good waterproof pant but isn't breathable enough. I rarely ride in the rain so I would much rather have breathability over waterproofness as I sweat every ride but it doesn't rain every ride. Once you start sweating the inside of your pants are like humid saunas. This quickly turns to a chilling environment once you have been out for awhile in the cold. For a commuter they might be more fitting as I sweat less when commuting.
