The Kona Eddy Shorts has velcro adjustable waist with belt loops, back spandex for movement, triple stitched seams, front fly with two snaps and zippered mesh lined thigh vents. Two velcro back pockets, hidden waist pocket and two front zippered pockets. Mesh lined throughout and triple stitched gussested crotch. 100% Nylon, 100% Coolmax lining.

Strengths: Tough, comfortable, not too flashy, zippered vents for extra cooling.
Weaknesses: Relativelly hot, even with vents open.
Bottom Line:
Really tough, especially for a trail short, comfortable to ride, just baggy enough (meaning they don't hoop up on everything).They are very warm though, so not the perfect short for hot summers.Vents help a little, but not enough to keep you cool during the hottest of days.Considering its warmth I'd say thew would be perfect spring/autumn shorts.
