Strengths: I've been on a mission this summer to find some shorts I really like. So far, these are my favorite. Not only are they super cute, but they are also quite comfortable. My second favorite are the Harlot XTech knickers but they are too long for this time of year.
The only thing about Harlot's, is they tend to run small. I am typically a size 4-6 or a SM in most athleticwear but in Harlot's I am firmly a medium.
The houlihan's don't have a liner. This is both good and bad. Most of the shorts I've tried so far either the shorts are good, or the liner is good, but rarely both. So, this allows me to pair the comfy shorts with a comfy liner. And as a retired roadie, I have lots of worn out ones that are still great to wear but just not alone!
Two thumbs up for the Houlihan's.
Oh yea, and even better that they are made in the USA.Weaknesses: Some people might prefer an attached linerBottom Line: Love 'em.
