Strengths:    Great protection, very comfortable, unoticable under normal shorts or riding shorts

Weaknesses:    None

Bottom Line:
Great shorts I have the ultimate shorts which are the best ones. I bought them because I came off alot and would land on my thigh and get a massive bruise that would hurt for a week and make it painfull to pedal for the rest of the day. Whenever i come off now it doesn't hurt at all.
