As washed-up bike couriers, we wish we'd had the super-stretchy and breathable Cutter Tech Knickerbocker to tackle dedicated rush filings in the soggy Seattle weather. Carry your U-lock (a.k.a. 'enforcer') in the back pocket and forget about skipping it across the pavement around a corner. When the sky decides to tinkle on your parade, be sure and thank the Nylon Stretch Softshell material for its water-repelling radness. Too bad your jacket doesn't feature the same material.

Strengths: Fabric, durability and coolness... c'mon, they're knickers.
Weaknesses: Sizing (seemed a bit big)
Bottom Line:
Love these for colder mtb rides. A little warmer and a little more protection than shorts, and water resistant without feeling like you're wearing plastic.
