Strengths:
This is a very comfortable shoe. Easy to get the straps adjusted and the ratchet strap works well for minor adjustments.
Weaknesses:
The color. I mountain bike 4 days a week and they get dirty easy, but I have found that a damp cloth cleans them up pretty good.
Similar Products Used:
Specialized Woman's Tahoe MTB shoe.
Bike Setup:
Santa Cruz Juliana
Bottom Line:
Comparing the two shoes, the Shimano shoes come out on top. These shoes have increased my ability to climb. I believe it is because of the more rigid footbed. None the less, I am very pleased with the performance of these shoes so far. I would highly recommend these over cycling shoes that lace up.
