Strengths:    Affordable / Available from LBS / Neutral styling

Weaknesses:    No lace retention

Bottom Line:
These were my first clipless shoes. I bought them for the neutral styling and for the price. I wear a 48 in these and they fit perfectly. I've ridden these for over 3,000 miles and they have held up great. The stitching on the inside of one shoe is coming loose, but after the mileage, I can't complain. I don't ride in mud, but these have been competely soaked in road rain rides and have retained shape after drying. I have always double-bow tied these to avoid loose laces and have never had an issue with them. Decent traction on the rocks.

Strengths:    Comfort, looks

Weaknesses:    No provision for controlling the laces

Bottom Line:
These shoes fit me perfectly and are comfortable on/off the bike. For the type of riding I do, they are very good. Although I haven't hooked a lace yet, it concerns me.

Strengths:    Comfortable for riding and walking. Sole is stiff around the cleats and flexible around the heel. Stylish and has a resonable price point.

Weaknesses:    This shoe is on the heavy side. Needs more reflective material on the back of the shoe, only has 6 dots on each shoe

Bottom Line:
This is a great entry level shoe. This a laced shoe, for me this adds to the comfort of the shoe, I have a high instep. This shoe is also warm, great for fall/winter/spring rides. This shoe is perfect for training and communting. The shoe fits on the small side. I take an 8.5 (41), in this shoe I am wearing a 9 (43).
