Strengths: - The shoe sole is very tough and somewhat flatter than other clipless shoes.
- Has a piece of pleather that velcros to the shoe and keeps your shoe laces in and way from the chainrings. This also keeps the mud and water out of your feet and keeps your laces sprkling clean.
- has inside ankle protectors which a lot of shoes don't have.
- Nice grippy yellow rubber used for sole
- They seem to breath well
- Great valueWeaknesses: Very stiff inner sole sometimes makes my toes numb.Bottom Line: I don't think this is a good shoe for long XC rides. I use them on Azonic platform pedals.
They are too solid and harsh on the foot. I think I need to try them with a gel insert.
