Purchased At:Frasier's Cycles Taren Pt
Strengths:Inexpensive
Reasonably stiff
Reasonably light
Very comfortable

Weaknesses:None really as of yet. Perhaps could have a bit of colour on them or something?
Similar Products Used:None
Bike Setup:Trek Fuel 70
Bottom Line:Very impressed so far.
Only just bought these shoes as my first SPD style shoe, and they seem very promising.
Stiff enough that it feels like I can get the power down in them very very well, not so stiff that they are uncomfortable.
From what Ive seen, I would without hesitation recommend these shoes as an entry level shoe.

For the money ($90 AUD) I don't see how you can go wrong!!

Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $75.00
Strengths:Fairly cheap price, fit my feet well.
Weaknesses:A lot of mesh so they are pretty cold when the temps drop also they squeak a little when when rubbing against my time pedals.

Bike Setup:GF Big Sur
Bottom Line:I started using clipless with these shoes and for the price I really can't complain.I've been riding them hard for the last year and a half and they are still going strong. The velcro straps hold well and soles are pretty stiff. Great shoe to begin with.

Date Reviewed: December 12, 2007
Duration Product Used:6 months
Price Paid: $85.00
Purchased At:LBS
Strengths:Good fit. I have a wide foot and a lot of the shoes that I have tried just wont give me the room.
Weaknesses:The shoe stretched out really bad within 6 months of riding an average of 2 to 3 times a week. The velcro straps are pulled to the max to try and keep the shoe somewhat stable. I use crank bros Candy sl pedals and now the bottom of the left show rubber is wearing out and chunking off in pieces.

Bike Setup:08 GF tassajara. Shimano hone dual control levers, kenda tires, Shimano Deore LX cranks etc etc etc
Bottom Line:Bottom line is that they're a good entry level shoe if you have wide feet. Really wanted the SIDI Dominators but I guess Italians have small narrow feet LOL. I think they need to be a little cheaper in price because of the quality and how fast they broke down on me.

Favorite Trail:Cheshire Cat
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $100.00
Purchased At:Tantalus (ROCKS)
Strengths:Stiff enough, after a year of many miles in all west coast conditions holding up quite well.Don't bother putting Laces in you don't need them.
Weaknesses:Get a good thermal for inside or a over of some sort for the colder temps it is not a real warm shoe(as most are designed with fair weather in mind)I wish they could have picked a different name for the shoe, when I look down the M075 becomes SL0W.I now a picky little thing but I don't care for it.I have been clippless for over 15 yrs and I can't lay a real meaty fault on these shoes, buy em enjoy!
Similar Products Used:Specialized,Addidas, other early shimano M071
Bike Setup:Won't bore you Specialized Epic with spd
Bottom Line:Good shoe in any price range been happy with mine,if you soak them don't dry too quickly you may find the toe area tightens up a little.Stuffing with newspaper helps hold there shape.Use the shoe sealing material they come with it works well and lasts.A shoe tip (any shoe) periodically take the cleat off the shoe clean and relube the screws, otherwise taking the cleat of when its worn out is a nightmare.

Favorite Trail:turkey
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Price Paid: $72.00
Purchased At:lee's
Strengths:price, color, and quality
Weaknesses:none yet
Bike Setup:stumpy fsr xc
Bottom Line:I'm new to clipless and I bought these shoes along with Shimano SPD M-424 pedals. I am very impressed with the quality of the shoes. The large lugs make them good in mud and water doesn't seem to hurt them. I looked at higher priced shoes and went with the MO75's because of Shimano's reputation and the price was about $30-60 less than other stiffer shoes. Sp far so good.
