CHEAP!!!!
Weaknesses:
For the price paid, none

Bike Setup:
Specialized Rockhopper with SPD clipless
Bottom Line:
Obviously a $150 shoe will be more comfortable or fit better but sometime you just need a reality check.
1) How do I use it ? For the daily commute (6 miles each way) 2) How does it fare ? I gets the job done with no discomfort to myself 3) How does it look ? it makes you look like you know what you're doing
If money is no object then you will probably want the you'll probably want some Sidis. If money is a precious object and you'd feel bad even touching the ground with the money you've spent on shoes, then definitely go for these.

Nice all around well made shoe. you would think with the velcro only setup you have a little heel lift action but that hasnt been an issue for me. Also, you can walk in them well on most surfaces.
Weaknesses:
Kinda heavy, but its gets the job done well.

trek 4500, nothin stock left on the bike.
Bottom Line:
racing to regular riding with buds, this are great shoes. i have a narrow foot and these were a great find. i bought a half to full size bigger (as close as i could get in metric) just to avoid and toe crunch trouble. at any rate, most people should buy a half size bigger, as to your feet expand once your get into your ride. but, like with your trusty ol' saddle, no two butts are alike, and no two feet are like, so try before you buy if you can. i think you'll be happy with these.

great shoe for the money. tried on 18 pairs before i decided on these and they were the only ones that felt like they were even remotely shaped for a foot. work great with the shimano m545's i bought with them, but then again they probably should.

Bottom Line:
These shoes also made my toes numb. I bought them at a local bike shop, and after a month of trying to break them in, he wouldn't give me refund because shimano doesn't warranty them, proving to me once again that shimano is perhaps the most over rated company in the history of capitalism. Also, the tongue wouldn't stay in place

Great shoes for the money, great shoes for the trail enthusiast who doesn't want to drop 185 dollars on a shoe. Has all the features of A more expensive shoe (leather, loricra), but is made in china probably in a sweat shop.

Strengths:
Stiffness, looks, ease of entry/exit
Weaknesses:
Front spikes, closure, fit(for me)
Bottom Line:
These caused my toes to go numb. They were plenty long enough but I think a little tight across the instep. I ended up returning them. The front spikes are too long which causes your toes to bend back when walking on flats. Take 'em out. The tongue of the shoe is on the inside which means dust/dirt/water will get in the shoe. Not sure why Shimano has this design on a mtn shoe.

Perfect fit - the shoes did not require a break in period. The shoe has just enough flex for comfortable walking. They look great, very subdued colors. Easy to get into. Not too heavy.
Weaknesses:
I had to do a lot of trimming to the get Cranks Bros Eggbeater pedals to fit. There doesn't seem to be a lot a air flow through these shoes, they might be uncomfortably hot in the summer.
Similar Products Used:
Three different versions of Answer Accelerators, Specialized, and Shimano shoes.
Bottom Line:
The best cycling shoes I have ever owned. Worth the $100 bucks I paid for them. Can't see any reason to spend more money for the high end shoes unless your a serious racer.
