Strengths:    Ankle protection, stiff, meaty tread

Weaknesses:    2000 perforations let the flavour flood out

Bottom Line:
Almost perfect, a gortex version would be unbeatable.
I just found out this shoe has been discontinued, properly gutted.
Perfect with a waterproof sock for year round uk trails.
Dries out so much quicker than trainer style shoes.
BRING IT BACK DAMN YOU SHIMANO!

Strengths:    Super comfortable, they fit like a glove, easy to wash, rigid platform for pedaling but not so hard thats impossible to walk (I ran over one kilometer with them to the finish in a race when i got flat tire), incredible ankle protection against rocks, branches, no more twisted ankles when off the bike riding.

Weaknesses:    Sole seems to slip in hard packed mud, maybe a softer rubber or a different footprint pattern would do the trick. In some areas the sole has been falling apart due to the use of unclipped Candy (Crank Brothers) pedals, nothing to worry about.

Bottom Line:
I should bought 2 pairs !!
