Strengths:    Rigid enough.
Reflective parts.
Pocket on the top of the tongue.

Weaknesses:    Size, have to order one American size bigger, or two European sizes.

Bottom Line:
This is the first time I use clipless pedals, son I went for these pair of shoes.

I like that they a rigid enough, so you don't loose energy while ridding.
They are really comfortable shoes, not to a long walk, but for MTB ridding I am liking it a lot!
I like to the little pocket on the top of the tongue, you can put the laces on it, nice touch of design, but I am worried about how long is going to last.
And the reflective lines and parts, nice.

Same as a lot of users that reviewed Pearl iZumi shoes... order it bigger, one American size bigger, or two European sizes bigger.
