Submitted by reignfire22 a Weekend Warrior from NY
Date Reviewed: July 23, 2009
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Price Paid: $90.00
Purchased At:EMS
Strengths:Reasonably priced, slightly wider than super narrow european brands, comfortable
Weaknesses:Maybe not super super light, but not heavy either. No bling on these (carbon or buckles)
Similar Products Used:Not many mtb shoes used as this is my first pair
Bike Setup:Marin palisades with these shoes and some eggbeaters
Bottom Line:Overall, this is a solid pair of shoes for the pricepoint. They seem to be of better quality than the entry level shimano road shoes I bought a few years back, which were not very comfortable, had a stiff not so great upper etc.

The pair is pretty basic with three velcro straps, but so far has proven to be more than enough for commuting and weekend warrioring as well.
Value Rating:4Overall Rating:4
