a Cross Country Rider
from Seatttle, WA USA Date Reviewed: April 22, 2009 | | Favorite Trail: | Ghica- Resita, ROMANIA | | Duration Product Used: | 6 months | | Strengths: | Light weight, GoreTex insulated, Vibram sole | | Weaknesses: | sole is a bit too flexy for any long distance epic rides, but good for playing in the mud and winter commuting in Seattle. | | Similar Products Used: | Lake, Shimano, Specialized | | Bike Setup: | Klein Attitude Comp rebuilt | | Bottom Line: | Great for wet and cool/cold weather jaunts into the hills or commuting. The sole isn't cut out for real epic rides, though I've never even dared using them for such occasions. BOttom line: my feet stay dry and warm and I can walk/hike when needed without discomfort. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
