Strengths: fits my narrow foot, price, seems to be light enough. The one big velcro strap accross the top simplified things for me as compared with the buckle systemWeaknesses: stripped out the cleat adapter(my fault I guess)Bottom Line: better than I expected--could'nt afford SIDIs, I ride about 5 days out of the week
