Bottom Line:
Very good shoes and at the price of 70 they are a great value. They breath good and give great foot protection from side hits. The soft rubber sole grips awesome on the rocks and good amount of rubber on them so they last. Bit stiff for hike a biking. The toe spikes are rubber so I don't miss the steel spikes. Great value

Strengths:
Nice option to use the velcro straps only or with straps and laces. Pretty comfortable and breathe pretty well. Also has a pretty good traction on the sole for when you need to get off and hike it.
Weaknesses:
not sure yet (if any), first set of shoes I've used.
Bike Setup:
2007 K2 Zed 4.0
Bottom Line:
pretty good quality shoes for the money. I looked around at different brands and these were the ones I liked the best in the $100 price range.
