Strengths: Comfortable, rigid but not overly stiff sole, good grip for hiking. Comfortable to walk around in after biking. Well ventilated for hot weather.
Weaknesses: Lacing is hard to get tight enough, suede gets really dirty and is hard to clean. Sole may not be rigid enough for long rides (I get hot spots after 3 or 4 hours)
Bottom Line:
Good value for the money. I have used these shoes for 4 years and have finally worn the sole down to the point that they have now been relegated to back up status.
