Strengths:    Lightweight, stiff sole, doesn't absorb water

Weaknesses:    metal loops for velcro closures rust

Bottom Line:
I have been riding these shoes for about 4 years now and love them. While they have approached the end of their life span I would highly reccomend them for moderate to pro riders. Very lightweight and stiff. The breathable mesh material will not hold water so you shoes aren't heavy after spashling through creeks.

The only thing I don't like is the metal loops the velcro closures go through did rust, but I guess thats expected after time??

This shoe is a good value. Its tough and durable, in it for the long haul. Its extra weight is made up for by its durability.
