Strengths: Great fitWeaknesses: thick soleBottom Line: I was amazed at how good this shoes fit. They fit snugly but are comfortable from the first ride. Maybe i was spoiled by my old super thin platforms and shoes with thin soles but Gaerne's seem to have thick soles. Btw, soles provide enough support but are still flexible enough for walking. I bet they are great in mud, have to wait for rain to test them properly. Had to fit CB supplied spacer in order to click in Mallet's properly.
