Warm, waterproof, you won't get cold toes, neither will you sweet in them. The first shoes that do for me without electric heating (very much like the Pearl Izumi lobster grip winter gloves: never, never cold fingers). The closure system is ingenious. They are rather narrow, so check first if they fit you (i.e. are large enough, tight shoes means cold feet).
