Strengths:    Cheap and durable for price

Weaknesses:    After a year the soles are SHOT. Also not much traction when you need to walk up steep single track sections.

Bottom Line:
A good shoe for the price. As an entry level shoe I would recommend it. Only lasted a year - you get what you pay for - but the shoe got put through ALLOT of riding.

Strengths:    Cheap, Sturdy sole, More comfortable than my Diadora road cycling shoes costing more than double.

Weaknesses:    Will find out with extended use. Didn't find the cleat plate as problematic as some other reviewer. Maybe his knee problem is his bike setup? (lower the saddle *cough*)

Bottom Line:
Will see how the shoe takes the weekend beatings I give it. Was substantially cheaper than even the entry level Diadora Cayman etc. And for once a week use we'll see.

Strengths:    relatively light
secured tongue for fast foot entries

Weaknesses:    cleat plates are immoveable and not accurately set

Bottom Line:
I plan on returning these shoes. Even at half off MSRP, it's not worth the knee problems associated with having incorrectly positioned cleat plates. I find it hard to believe that a company would make a shoe where you can't move the cleat plates (they appear to be glued in position, how handy) and where they don't take the time to at least line them up the same.

People with a high instep and wide feet will embrace them.
