Favorite Trail:Anything that takes me somewhere else.
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Price Paid: $32.00
Purchased At:Nashbar.com
Strengths:Tight fitting, proper sizing (european size matched american size well)
Weaknesses:Insole is a little uncomfortable, threads already coming lose around velcro straps
Similar Products Used:None
Bike Setup:98 GT Timberline FS
Bottom Line:These shoes are great beginner shoes, and the price reflects that. I bought them because they are SPD compatible and would work with my new nashbar clipless pedals. The insoles seem to lack support though, especially around the ball of the foot. I like the velcro strap, since it will help keep your laces out of the gears/chain. I would buy another pair of Exustar shoes again, just most likely not these ones.
