Submitted by I don't have any a Weekend Warrior from taastrup, denmark
Date Reviewed: April 1, 2009
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $50.00
Purchased At:jupitercykler.dk
Strengths:The shoes are some of the best tried/used ever. The cleats area are perfect placed and and easy to use. I haven't fall yet and wont fall in these, because of the sole is like winter tires on a hot summer day,(even in mud, dirt, rain, and oil!). They are also great to keep clean. I use them nearly everyday, since i'm biking... But they are also great without cleats, and great just for the daily life. these shoes aren't as firm/stiff as road shoes, and you can run in them without problems
Weaknesses:The shoelace are a bit too short, nothing else.

Bike Setup:I'm use a full suspension bike. I use to pairs of pedals, a pair of standard and a pair of click-pedals,(Shimano PD-m520).
Bottom Line:Buy them if you want a great pair of shoes/mtb shoes.

Strengths:extremely comfortable right out of the box. nice shoe for biking and then going into a restaurant afterward. plenty of stiffness in the right place. Appears durable. Nice velcro tie-downs for shoe strings. Very fashionable. Can be modified to use lock-in pedals.
Weaknesses:Not carbon. Needs to be modified to use lock in pedals.
rather heavy.
Bike Setup:none
Bottom Line:These shoes will work nicely with my new Gary Fisher Cobia 39er with genesis 2 technology.

Submitted by Alastair Dent a Cross Country Rider from York, UK
Date Reviewed: November 2, 2007
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $80.00
Strengths:Comfortable as a trainer
Weaknesses:Sole is a bit bendy for serious hillclimbing.
Similar Products Used:Scott, Shimano shoes
Bike Setup:drop-barred 26" tourer
Bottom Line:Touring shoes, semi-rigid soles, bends nicely for comfort round the cafe, rigid enough for light touring or commuting. Brilliant shoes for a commuter.

After a year of 1000miles per month, wet weather, washing in hot water and drying in a boiler room, these shoes are still going strong. No glue failures, no wear on the sole, no wear to the uppers. Laces have frayed and that's it.
