Strengths:
1. Very Colourfull
2. Big and nice rear pockets
3. Attracts attention
4. Cooling even when the weather is hot.Weaknesses:
None yet.....Bottom Line: This is a nice Jersey. It is designed by Voler. I also got it at a cheap price. The jersey lets you be seen on the road or off-road.
