From dicing bustling cityscapes, rolling countryside roads, or backcountry mountain epics the intelligent Cutter Classic Long-Sleeve Jersey cools when then sun beats down and warms when it's hidden. Through the magic of ultra-soft New Zealand merino wool, moisture and excess heat get a head-first boot out the door. Yet, when it's a tit nippy, the super-fine merino's multiple cortices trap body heat. Stuff the Cyclical Jacket, some bonk-fighting Scooby snacks, and performance-enhancing soft solid
Strengths: Very pleased with the fit. I'm 5'10" 165 lbs and the medium fits semi-snug. Definitely not next to skin, but not flopping around either, just a good, comfortable fit. Sleeves might be a tad loose. Very thin material, very comfy, barely any itchiness at all. Rode in 55 degree weather, mostly flat, a few quick climbs and managed to get a decent sweat going. I could see this jersey, with maybe a tight t-shirt as baselayer being enough down to 45 degrees. Might get hot above 65.
Weaknesses: Sleeves might be a tad loose.
Very good value at $44 at a whole bunch of on-line retailers. Not a next to skin road jersey, but excellent for mountain biking in spring weather or as a mid-layer in the winter.
