Strengths:    Well ventilated and holds your arms and waist for a great fir. 3 Pockets at the back, great for holding a phone, food or whatever else

Weaknesses:    Pockets got be a bit deeper

Bottom Line:   
Great jersey. I use it for riding XC and also on training rides on the road. No fualts with this.
Full length zip is great!!! Must Have!!
