Strengths:    - fits great
- tail is not too long
- removable hood
- transparent inside pocket
- casual look

Weaknesses:    - not for strong rain (only 5000mm waterproof fabric)
- no liner inside

Bottom Line:   
Don't expect a waterproof rain jacket!

It's a good loking jacket for the daily ride but only for light rain. Under heavy rain water gets soaked into the front pockets by the cords (though I never had this problem off the bike). No recommendation for long touring - you are better off with a manufacturer like Gore. 2 chilis for the function.

With the fresh colors it doesn't look like a typical bike jacket and because it fits so well, it has replaced my old jacket for the streets (so I don't have to consider my money as wasted)- therefore 4 Chilis.
