Best vest I've EVER owned, by far. Doesn't seem much different than other vests, but it is. Warm, comfy, breathable, and good looking. What more do you want? It's very well made and the company needs more exposure, but they should get it with this vest. Look for it or call them, they are a cool company.

I picked up the vest shown in the image above a while back. I ended up going past Dan Jaber's booth at Sea Otter when I was farting around. Really nice guy dedicated to making mad clothing for mountain bikers. I had a shirt of his which ripped and he was going to swap it, whatever. Good man. Anyway, the vest rips! (I mean...is pretty sweet...the material is actually pretty tough and actually doesn't rip...)It breathes super easy and fits through the mesh back the way it should. It isn't bunchy and doesn't stretch or get uncomfortable when your body is all tweaked either from dropping into mad technical stuff or from biffing...which I've done countless times with vest donned...and it came up without tears or scratches. Buy it.

I own a Launch vest and several other fine Launch products. The vests are the single most functional pieces of riding wear I own. The vest stops the wind dead but is also extremely breathable. The collar is lined with a fleecy material which is better than my other vests also. Sweet work!

Bottom Line:

Very hip vest that's great for keeping out the wind while allowing plenty of ventillation. The back is open mesh which prevents you from overheating in it. The front fabric blocks the wind well making it perfect for days when you need more than just a jersey, but it's warm enough to not want an insullating layer. Not to mention how cool the shimmy fabric is for just hanging out!
