Strengths:
Comfortable, Lightweight. Takes goggles well, or sunglasses. Adjustable size with pads. Durable, has lasted me almost 2 years of hard use. Visor is great, and I like the looks, it's a little different than most Bike helmets (doesn't look like a modified roadie).
Weaknesses:
Not very flexible, as in if your head isn't the right shape for this, I don't think the helmet would "break in". I have a nugget that's more round than oval. It doesn't vent all that great. Sweat runs out pretty bad, I wear an UA skull cap underneath for long rides and that solves it.

Bottom Line:
This helmet could use a little more venting, and it looks like the new pro-tec Cyphon has solved that, so that will proly be my next helmet. BUT, this one was great for the price. I blew all my money on bikes, so didn't have another 200 for a helmet. This was 40 bucks, and gets the job done. Plus pro-tec has a great reputation, they've been in the helmet business a while. If you do other sports, you could use this as well. If you take the visor off (screw removable), it could be a fastwater or climbing helmet.
