    Strengths:    strong

    Weaknesses:    wobbly visor

    Bottom Line:
Good stuff - my front wheel came out during a 15 mph wheely over a log i went ass over t*t onto some rocks head first, my glasses mashed my head up nicely but no head damage where my helmet was on the case.. That impact split the shell about 2 inches so i have binned it now - but it did its job Very well.!!! Buy one!

Strengths:    lightweight, fits/sits well, design, painting, additional/washable pads of different sizes, 3 year "for-half-of-the-price" crash replacement warranty, adjustable shield

Weaknesses:    no hard shell on the back and lower side of the helmet

    Bottom Line:
This helmet is great for XCers, who don't plan to bang their heads every other day. It has enough holes to keep your head cool even if you're not going that fast, but naturally it's rather cold in the winter. The lower part of the helmet gets scraped all the time, which doesn't look cool if observed from near. It's light, one of the lightests around, maybe the lightest for that price. It can be fitted quite well, although I didn't fall with it yet to try how well...:)
5 chilis for value 'cause of the add.pads, weight/price ratio and limited replacement warranty, but only 4 overall because of the rather touchy lower part.

Strengths:    Not too heavy, excellent fit, in-mold, price.

    Weaknesses:    visor attachment

    Bottom Line:
This is a very nice helmet, with only one problem so far; the visor.
After a serious crash when I landed on my head the visor was bent down and scratched my face a lot. The helmet protected my head well enough though, so I think I´ll just ride without the visor in the future.Next time I´ll get a helmet with a fixed visor.

Strengths:    Looks alot more expensive than it actually is. Quite comfortable for the way it looks and the price is very good. Good ventalation.

Weaknesses:    after a very long ride (2 - 3 hours) it starts to make your head itch.

    Bottom Line:
Brilliant helmet. Nothing better for the price.Anyone should buy it if they are into any sort of off -road ridin' If they cant afford a Giro Exeduce.

Strengths:    Looks great and available in three colours. Fits a variety of different head sizes. Easy to adjust, and stays in that position with the great retention system, unlike many helmets. Also comfy to wear, and the large number of air holes means you dont get very sweaty. Also light for a helmet at this price.

Weaknesses:    Fastening under chin works a little loose, so needs adjusting every couple of weeks, other than that, none.

    Bottom Line:
A great looking, comfy helmet, and at £45 its good value. I generally ride cross country/free-ride, and its great. Perhaps people with small heads should not buy it, because it looks overly big, but I have a large head, and it fits nicely. Useful for riders on a budget, and the best helmet I have seen at this price. Can be worn by trials, cross country riders. Overall, an excellent helmet.
