$60.00 | | Purchased At: | Blackman | | Strengths: | comfort (ventilation, adjustability, weight) price. | | Weaknesses: | none yet | | Similar Products Used: | Bell | | Bike Setup: | Fisher Tassajara with many mods to suit a big fella. | | Bottom Line: | This helemet (bad boy II) was recommended by the LBS when i purchased the bike. To date the helmet has performed admirably in all condtions, you may even forget you're wearing it (even saved my melon a couple of times). During the hot weather we've had lately the ventilation seemed to allow most of the heat to escape & sweat didn't run into my eyes. Buy it if you value your skull & don't have a load of cash to blow. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$75.00 | | Purchased At: | LBS | | Strengths: | Nice styling, comfy fit, plenty of adjustable straps/pads | | Weaknesses: | not many air vents, but hey I live in England where the temp rarely gets above 25oc | | Similar Products Used: | Giro/bell | | Bike Setup: | Trek 6500 | | Bottom Line: | Nice helmet for the cash, better than any of the competition for this price. Not many vents so if you are riding in hot area then this maybe isn't the right helmet for you. I haven't had any problems with this lid so far and it comes in a selection of funky colours to boot! | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

Why the hell would you have holes in the visor??? | | Similar Products Used: | Replaced Bell Oasis Pro (which was destroyed in head-banging accident) . . much better fit & quality | | Bike Setup: | Does it matter??? | | Bottom Line: | Great helmet - excellent looks (well, red & yellow are the only colours available), & it fits very well (kinda like your baseball cap - multi-adjustable & 1-size-fits-all), good cooling (though hasn't been used in heatwave). Hey, great looks is all that matters! | Overall Rating: |
